Das weltber\u00fchmte Markenzeichen ist der Mercedes-Stern. Zu seiner Entstehungszeit entwickelte Gottlieb Daimler Motoren f\u00fcr Autos, Schiffe und Flugzeuge. 2. Mercedes-Benz-Museum2<\/sup><\/h4>

Das Mercedes-Benz-Museum in Stuttgart wurde am 19. Mai 2006 er\u00f6ffnet. Es ist das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Automobilmuseum der Welt und der einzige Ort, der die Geschichte des Automobils vom ersten Tag an l\u00fcckenlos pr\u00e4sentiert. Es umfasst neun Ebenen auf 16.500 m2 , 160 atemberaubende Fahrzeuge und mehr als 1.500 Exponate. Der l\u00e4ngste Besucherweg durch das Museum betr\u00e4gt 5 km. 4. Silberpfeil4<\/sup><\/h4>

Die Legende besagt, dass 1934 in der Nacht vor dem Eifelrennen der wei\u00dfe Lack abgeschliffen wurde, weil der Wagen schwerer war als im Reglement definiert (751 kg statt 750 kg). Der Rennwagen ging mit einer gl\u00e4nzenden Silber-Aluminiumblech-Fassade ins Rennen und gewann.
