Das Ehepaar Mo und Mark Constantine gr\u00fcndete 1995 Lush mit vier weiteren Freunden. Der Hauptsitz liegt in Poole, in der englischen Grafschaft Dorset. Heute hat Lush weltweit \u00fcber 900 Shops. Allein im Jahr 2019 produzierte das Label nach eigenen Angaben 1,9 Millionen Shampoo-Bars. Die ersten Seifenformen bestanden aus Rohren, Regenrinnen und Katzenklos. 1. Lush Stores1<\/sup><\/h4>

Das Store-Design ist an einem Upcycling-Konzept ausgerichtet. Alle Regale, Pr\u00e4sentationsfl\u00e4chen und M\u00f6bel bestehen aus recyceltem Holz. Die Produkte werden in kleinen St\u00e4nden wie auf einem Wochenmarkt pr\u00e4sentiert. Charakteristisch sind die offen ausliegenden, kreisrunden Seifenbl\u00f6cke, aus denen St\u00fccke wie aus einem K\u00e4selaib geschnitten und nach Gewicht abgerechnet werden. Die Inneneinrichtung soll sich an einem Londoner K\u00e4segesch\u00e4ft\u00a0und an Gem\u00fcsel\u00e4den orientieren. Schiefertafeln\u00a0dienen als Preis- und Produktinformationsschilder. Ein weiteres Merkmal ist der Duft der offenen Produkte. LUSH legt besonderen Wert auf ein einzigartiges Einkaufserlebnis. In den Filialen ist es m\u00f6glich, alle Produkte auszuprobieren. Lush\u00a0hat 38 Filialen in Deutschland. Weltweit waren es im Jahr 2020 rund 930 Filialen. Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Lush Filiale befindet sich in Liverpool auf 1300 qm. 2. Die Badebombe2<\/sup><\/h4>

Die schnell zischende Badebombe wurde 1989 von Mo Constantine, Mitbegr\u00fcnderin von LUSH, in ihrem Gartenhaus erfunden. Kreativ verpackt stellten diese einschichtigen, neuen und aufregenden Produkte die Badezeit auf den Kopf. Patentierte Badebomben mit mehreren Schichten haben das Badeerlebnis ver\u00e4ndert. Im regul\u00e4ren Sortiment kann man heute zwischen 22 verschiedenen Badebomben ausw\u00e4hlen. Die Badebombe \u201eButterball\u201c ist seit Gr\u00fcndung des Labels dabei. \u201eDie Kategorie \u201aBadebomben\u2019 war in den letzten zw\u00f6lf Monaten die weltweit umsatzst\u00e4rkste Kategorie in Deutschland hinter \u201aHaare\u2019.\u201c Die weltweit am h\u00e4ufigsten verkaufte Badebombe ist \u00fcbrigens die \u201eIntergalactic\u201c mit Grapefruit\u00f6l und Pfefferminz\u00f6l.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Kampagnen3<\/sup><\/h4>

Lush ist bekannt f\u00fcr pr\u00e4gnante Kampagnen. Der sogenannte Charity Pot steht f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung von Brennpunktthemen bereit. Gruppen, Hilfsinitiativen und Menschen mit viel Engagement k\u00f6nnen sich dann f\u00fcr eine F\u00f6rderung bewerben. Es steht den Gruppen frei, ob Sie \u00fcber den F\u00f6rderer reden wollen oder nicht. Drei Schwerpunkte stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt: Menschenrechte, Umweltschutz und Tierschutz. Lush nutzt die Filialen als Diskussionsplattform. 4. Nackte Produkte4<\/sup><\/h4>

Als eines der ersten Kosmetikunternehmen bietet Lush schon seit den 90ern Shampoos und Badekuglen\u00a0in fester Form ganz ohne Verpackung an. Inzwischen ist das Angebot an unverpackten Produkten riesig. Die festen Pflegeprodukte werden in den Lush-L\u00e4den lose angeboten, Seifenst\u00fccke kann man sich teils in der gew\u00fcnschten Gr\u00f6\u00dfe abschneiden lassen. Nach dem Kauf nimmt man die Waren in Recycling-Papiert\u00fctchen mit nach Hause. Das Unternehmen entwickelt regelm\u00e4\u00dfig neue feste Produkte ohne Verpackung: Mittlerweile gibt es etwa auch Gesichts\u00f6l, Lippenstift und Parf\u00fcm in fester Form. Viele der verpackten Cremes, Lotions und Masken werden in kleinen schwarzen Platikt\u00f6pfchen angeboten \u2013 diese bestehen aus recyceltem PP, werden von Lush zur\u00fcckgenommen und in einem geschlossenen Kreislauf wieder zu neuen Beh\u00e4ltern recycelt. Das \u201eBring it back \u2013 Recycleprogramm\u201c startet ab M\u00e4rz 2022 auch in Deutschland. 5. Online Auftritt5<\/sup><\/h4>

Lush z\u00e4hlt zu den Best-Practice Beispielen, wenn es um den Markenauftritt geht. Im Mittelpunkt aller Aktivit\u00e4ten stehen die Kennwerte. Es geht nicht darum, Badezus\u00e4tze und Lippenstift zu verkaufen, sondern darum, eine Branche\u00a0zu revolutionieren, die ihrer Meinung nach nicht nachhaltig ist. Auf der Seite \u201eUnsere Werte\u201c werden die sechs Richtlinien hervorgehoben, nach denen das Unternehmen lebt und stirbt. Die Artikel im Online-Shop enthalten neben dem Produktbild, ein Header-Bild im GIF-Format, welches die Anwendung des Produktes bei Aufruf abspielt. Auf eine klassische Produktbeschreibung wird im Online-Shop verzichtet. Stattdessen betreibt der Kosmetik-Hersteller professionelles Storytelling.
