Vor Beginn der Vortr\u00e4ge erm\u00f6glichte Phoenix Contact den Teilnehmer:innen eine Werksf\u00fchrung zum Thema \u201cNet Zero, ein Standort wird Klimaneutral\u201d durch Facility Manager Frank Schr\u00f6der. Der Bereich \u201eFacility\u201c wird bei Phoenix Contact innovativ gedacht und h\u00e4lt das Ziel vor Augen, das \u201eFacility von morgen\u201c zu gestalten. Automatisierte und elektrifizierte Prozesse, sowie das Implementieren einer KI, sollen dies erm\u00f6glichen. Ganz nach der Vision von Phoenix Contact: Eine \u201cAll Electric Society\u201d zu schaffen.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Im Anschluss fand eine Begr\u00fc\u00dfung durch die Veranstalter, Michaela Susan Pollok, Head of Events und Social Media (bvik), Dennis Merker, Fachleiter strategisches Brand Management (Phoenix Contact) und Christoph Hack, Founder und CEO (Brandification), statt.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Den Start machte Frank St\u00fchrenberg, Chief Executive Officer von Phoenix Contact. Er legte die fast 100-j\u00e4hrige Geschichte, sowie den Purpose des Familienunternehmens und Global Players, Phoenix Contact, dar. Dabei ging er auf die Signifikanz einer nachhaltigen, innovativen und effizienten Welt f\u00fcr alle ein und wie Phoenix Contact diese mit der sog. Dekadenstrategie erreichen m\u00f6chte. \u201eEmpowering the All Electric Society - mit Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Technologie und Innovation schaffen wir eine nachhaltige Welt.\u201c<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Dennis Merker, verantwortlich\u00a0f\u00fcr strategisches Brand Management bei Phoenix Contact, veranschaulichte, wie Purpose in jedem Unternehmensbereich Wert schafft und welche Werte bei Phoenix Contact gelebt und unternehmensintern implementiert werden. Hierf\u00fcr hat Phoenix Contact ein Markenbotschafterprogramm ins Leben gerufen. Anschlie\u00dfend ging er darauf ein, wie das Brand Implementation Tool von Brandification eine wichtige Rolle bei der Umsetzung der Markenimplementierung und des Markenbotschafterprogramms spielt.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Im Anschluss pr\u00e4sentierte Christoph Hack, Founder und CEO von Brandification, die f\u00fcnf h\u00e4ufigsten Fehler bei der Brand Implementation in Unternehmen. Zun\u00e4chst schilderte er, dass ein Gro\u00dfteil der Mitarbeiter:innen die Markenwerte des eigenen Unternehmens nicht kennt. Des Weiteren erkl\u00e4rte er, dass Brand h\u00e4ufig als Projekt angesehen wird und nicht als integraler Wertsch\u00f6pfungstreiber. Anhand des Brandification Praxis-Cases \u201eStabilo\u201c wurde der dritte Fehler dargelegt: Es fehlen KPI\u2019s rund um das Brand Management und es verf\u00fcgt dar\u00fcber hinaus einen zu geringen Digitalisierungsgrad. Letztlich verdeutlichte er, dass Mitarbeiter:innen nicht gen\u00fcgend in das Brand Management involviert werden, obwohl diese den h\u00f6chsten Stellenwert im Unternehmen haben. Eine Demo des Brandification Tools rundete seinen Vortrag ab.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Nach einer kurzen Pause folgte der Vortrag von Prof. Dr. Carsten Baumgarth, Professor of Brand Management an der HWR Berlin. Er ging auf die interne Markenf\u00fchrung und deren Auswirkungen auf die Markenst\u00e4rke ein. Professor Baumgarth hielt fest, dass die externe Markenst\u00e4rke deutlich von der internen Markenst\u00e4rke beeinflusst wird. Deshalb ist es von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung, dass das Commitment und Markenengagement der Mitarbeiter:innen als zentrales Ziel der internen Markenf\u00fchrung festgelegt wird, was mit Hilfe von Markenbotschafterprogrammen erreicht werden kann. Im Weiteren erl\u00e4uterte er, wie Remote-Arbeit die Kreativit\u00e4t, Innovation, Produktivit\u00e4t und Mitarbeiter:innenbindung und -zufriedenheit beeintr\u00e4chtigt und weshalb interne Markenf\u00fchrung in Zeiten des \u201eNew Normals\u201c noch wichtiger wird.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Den Schluss machte Mike T. Freche, Global Director Brand Management bei MBCC Group. Er beschrieb den Einfluss auf Marken in Zeiten des Wandels und wie die Marke \u201cBASF\u201d in Zeiten der Pandemie zur Dachmarke \u201cMBCC Group\u201d umfirmiert wurde. Er erkl\u00e4rte, dass Ver\u00e4nderungen unternehmensinterne Verunsicherungen ausl\u00f6sen, worunter die Markenkonsistenz leidet. Es gilt daher, einen stabilen Kern zu schaffen, der inmitten von rapiden Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen, Sicherheit bietet. Denn eine konsistente Markenf\u00fchrung in Zeiten von Ver\u00e4nderungen ist m\u00f6glich, so Mike T. Freche.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
