Sie besch\u00e4ftigen sich beruflich mit dem Thema Marke &#8211; hatten Sie bereits als Kind eine Lieblingsmarke?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Es gibt viele tolle Marken, aber eine Marke die mich z.B. das ganze Leben schon fasziniert ist Porsche. \u00a0Porsche hat es durch geschicktes Spielzeugbranding ins Kinderzimmer geschafft und dort f\u00fcr Begeisterung gesorgt. Die Begeisterung sch\u00fcrt Porsche bei mir als Autoenthusiast bis heute \u2013 ist also eine Marke f\u00fcr alle Altersklassen. Und rein aus Expertensicht beurteilt ist bei Porsche in der Markenf\u00fchrung einfach alles stimmig &#8211; ein gro\u00dfartiges Beispiel f\u00fcr gutes Brand Management.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Welche Trends sehen Sie aktuell im Bereich Marke? Was tut sich da momentan?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Das Thema Simplicity ist einer der gro\u00dfen Trends im Marken Management bis hin ins Coporate Design. In der immer komplexer werdenden Welt sieht man, dass die Kunden f\u00fcr einfache L\u00f6sungen sehr empf\u00e4nglich sind. Und darauf springen viele Marken auf. Ebenso wie die Fragestellungen rund um die \u00dcberf\u00fchrung klassischer Offline Marken in die Digitale Welt. Letzteres ist f\u00fcr etablierte Offline Marken ein sehr spannendes Bet\u00e4tigungsfeld das durch Corona noch einmal deutlich an Brisanz gewonnen hat.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>In welchen Unternehmensbereichen ist es aus Ihrer Sicht besonders herausfordernd, starkes internes Brand Commitment zu etablieren?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Je n\u00e4her in einem Bereich am Produkt gearbeitet wird, umso mehr Bedeutung bemisst man diesem h\u00e4ufig am Gesch\u00e4ftserfolg bei. Da verschwindet die Bedeutung der Marke im Bewusstsein ganz schnell. Hier muss man besonders sensibilisieren. Dies wird aber meiner Erfahrung nach vielfach sehr positiv aufgenommen je mehr man diese Bereiche in das Thema Marke involviert.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mit welchem einen Argument w\u00fcrden Sie jemanden von der Wichtigkeit des Themas Marke \u00fcberzeugen?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Eine starke Marke verhindert, dass ein Leistungsangebot beliebig austauschbar wird, da sie den Kunden emotional bindet.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was erwarten andere Unternehmensbereiche von einem Brand Manager \/ Brand Management Team?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Andere Unternehmensbereiche erwarten, dass das Brand Management auf sie zugeht. Ihnen vermittelt was das Markenversprechen bedeutet und auch bei der \u00dcbersetzung in den eigenen Fachbereich hilft: also z.B. was bedeutet unser Markenversprechen f\u00fcr mich als Controller. Und es wird erwartet, dass eine Vielzahl von Materialien zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt wird um die Marke zu erkl\u00e4ren: Also von Filmen, Pr\u00e4sentationen, Web-based Trainings, Good-Practises bis hin zu Check-Liste.
