Job Description 💼

As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) in the Brandification team you are responsible for the holistic support of our customers in their brand implementation with the Brandification software. Your role is to help customers understand and effectively use our software to make their brand strategy successful. Together with the customers and their employees, you will work towards achieving the defined goals of the brand implementation. In doing so, you will drive adoption of our product and regularly monitor usage results and metrics.

Your field of activity ⚡️

  • First point of contact for all concerns of our customers
  • Active support, consulting & further development of existing and potential customers (e.g. joint planning of goals, milestones and goal achievement)
  • Setup of customer workspaces in the Brandification software
  • Introduction of our customers and their employees to our software (if necessary in English)
  • Content creation in coordination with the customer (e.g. creation of concepts, development and preparation of content)
  • Monitoring of key activities and metrics for optimization and development

Your profile ✅

  • You have successfully completed your studies or training
  • You enjoy customer contact, have a good feeling for customer needs and have already gained experience with customers
  • You have very good communication skills in German and English
  • You are enthusiastic about digital topics and the latest IT technologies
  • You have a positive mindset and bring customers to success
  • You are ambitious, pragmatic and have a high level of team spirit
