With our technology, we are reinventing the topic of brand implementation. As a fast-growing software company, we support brands in brand onboarding & training and brand optimisation. In short: we transform employees into brand fans. Our clientele already includes well-known brand companies such as Ratiopharm, Canada Life, N-ERGIE and ZEISS.
For our fast-growing team in Nuremberg, we are looking for you as Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to provide individual support to our customers and to inspire their further development.

Your field of activity

  • Contact person for all concerns of our customers
  • Active support of existing and potential customers
  • Continuous development of existing customers
  • Introduction of our customers and their employees to our tool
  • Joint planning of goals, milestones and goal achievement
  • Monitoring of the most important activities and key figures for optimisation
  • Independent handling of projects

Your profile

  • You have already gained experience in customer contact
  • You have very good communication skills in German and English
  • You have a high degree of initiative as well as an independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working
  • You have very good MS Office skills
  • You are enthusiastic about digital topics and the latest IT technologies
  • You ideally have a brand, marketing or HR background
  • You have a positive mindset and bring customers to success
  • You are ambitious and have a high level of team spirit
