Brand Implementation Reinvented
Stay curious and let yourself be inspired!
Our newsletter gives you new input on how to take your brand implementation to the next level. 🚀
Brand management is becoming more complex, touchpoints are multiplying, and budgets are under closer scrutiny. 🤯 With AI, you can systematically analyze and simplify your brand consistency — and clearly measure its success — for the first time.
Join our compact, half-day, free Brand Consistency AI Workshop — designed specifically for executives, marketing directors/CMOs, and brand managers who want to successfully integrate AI into their brand management.
In the workshop, you’ll learn how to use AI to systematically analyze brand touchpoints, uncover weak spots, and make the success of your brand consistency measurable — including concrete use cases and a first roadmap for your team.
A structured view of your brand touchpoints: Together with other participants, you’ll analyze your brand’s consistency across all touchpoints and identify optimization potential using our field-tested approach.
Concrete AI use cases and a first roadmap: You’ll develop pilot applications for your brand management and define responsibilities and measurable success metrics for the coming months.
In the Brand Consistency AI Workshop, we combine in-depth brand expertise with a pragmatic use of AI — focused on practical applicability and measurable impact in everyday brand work.
You’ll benefit by:
gaining relevant insights into your brand touchpoints, so you can base decisions on clear metrics instead of gut feeling.
objectifying the evaluation of brand touchpoints with AI, rather than relying on the intuitive judgment of individual employees. This gives you reliable results on your brand consistency and frees up time for strategic brand work.
making the value of your brand more visible internally by backing up brand consistency successes with facts and figures — making it easier to win the support of management and other stakeholders. This helps you demonstrate the brand’s contribution to business success.
This workshop is ideal for:
- Executives who want to understand how to use AI strategically to manage brand strategy and consistency based on data.
- Marketing directors/CMOs who want to measure, optimize, and demonstrate their brand presence to stakeholders with the help of AI.
- Brand managers who no longer want to assess the consistency of their brand touchpoints purely intuitively, but want to obtain valid results with AI — and make better decisions as a result.
Live AI analysis: Experience how brand touchpoints are evaluated by AI during the workshop.
Hands-on use cases: Work with real-world examples from brand management and apply the insights directly to your own brand.
Roadmap instead of theory: Together with other participants, develop concrete next steps and metrics for your brand management.

Thomas, what motivated you to take part in the Brand Implementation AI Leadership Bootcamp?
“We’ve already had very good experiences with Brandification. The solution has been implemented in our company. I hold Christoph in high regard — he has also supported us in another brand strategy project.
I was simply interested in what’s happening today around what is probably a heavily underestimated topic: How do you actually bring a brand strategy and a brand into the company — into people’s heads and hearts?
What experiences are other companies having? What learnings or methods can Brandification give us?
So far, I’m very positively surprised. I’ve taken away quite a bit and will certainly put one or two things into practice.”
How would you describe the atmosphere in the group and the exchange with the other participants?
“Very open, very constructive — and very entertaining. You can tell that everyone is genuinely motivated. We share many similar challenges — you could really feel that.
I found myself thinking I could easily add a second day, simply to exchange ideas with the others even more intensively. I believe that’s ultimately what it’s all about — the exchange.
Overall, it was a very pleasant, constructive, and relaxed atmosphere.”
How would you describe the bootcamp in three words?
“Inspiring, practice-oriented, engaging. And overall: an all-around success.”

Ralf, what motivated you to take part in the Brand Implementation AI Leadership Bootcamp?
“I was curious — and I believe curiosity is one of the most important qualities when it comes to branding. I’m always looking for new approaches to brand management, for different impulses, perspectives, and viewpoints.
I found the topic of gamification particularly exciting and have already taken away a few ideas from it. So for me, it was curiosity that brought me to the bootcamp.”
Was there a moment, a particular insight, or a wow experience that inspired you?
“My most important insight: brand management actually isn’t that hard. If you follow a few basic principles and approach it seriously, it’s no rocket science.”
How would you describe the atmosphere and the exchange with the other participants?
“The atmosphere was very pleasant and open — a perfect match for curiosity. The exchange was valuable, and I really enjoyed it.”
Would you recommend the bootcamp, and why?
“Yes, definitely! What I found particularly exciting was the diversity of participants — from senior, highly experienced professionals to people who are just starting to engage with branding. This exchange was extremely valuable because you get to know different perspectives while realizing: at the core, we’re all dealing with the same challenges. That’s exactly what made the bootcamp so enriching for me.”
Which learning would you most like to implement right away tomorrow?
“If you take something away, you should apply it immediately. My takeaway is to clearly prioritize certain topics. The big picture may be exciting, but I’ll focus deliberately on one or two central points.”
Can you sum up the bootcamp in three words?
“Inspiring, exchange of experience, charming.”

Lisa, what motivated you to take part in the Brand Implementation AI Leadership Bootcamp?
“I was curious. I simply wanted to know what would be discussed here today — and I definitely wasn’t disappointed.”
Was there a particular insight that surprised or moved you?
“Yes — the topic of how artificial intelligence connects with touchpoints wasn’t really on my radar before. I already work with AI in several areas of my job, but everything that’s possible there — that was completely new to me. I found it super exciting.“
How would you describe the atmosphere and the exchange with the other participants?
“Very open. Everyone spoke quite naturally about their best practices and experiences. That’s always especially exciting, particularly when it happens across industries. Getting to know other perspectives is very enriching — especially because I usually exchange ideas with people who share viewpoints similar to mine. Overall, it was very interactive.”
Which three words would you use to describe the bootcamp?
“Honestly: interactive, open, and innovative. Very good.”

Yannick, what motivated you to take part in the Brand Implementation AI Leadership Bootcamp?
“I’m a curious person and I like putting myself in situations where I don’t know exactly what to expect. In doing so, I try to pick up new impulses, inspiration, and information of all kinds. That’s exactly what I managed to do today.”
Was there a particular insight that surprised or moved you?
“Yes! The most exciting insight for me was something that wasn’t even a direct part of the curriculum. Christoph said that it’s often easier to bring a brand into a company without talking directly about the brand. Instead, you can ask questions like: What drives us? Who are we? That avoids resistance and opens up new perspectives. I can absolutely confirm this view — it was a valuable aha moment for me.”
How would you describe the atmosphere and the exchange with other participants?
“Casual! The atmosphere was relaxed and easygoing, yet designed in a way that allowed you to work well and stay focused.”
Would you recommend the bootcamp? Why?
“Definitely! It was fun and gave me two or three valuable impulses. Anyone, no matter how busy, can take a day out of their routine — and this day is absolutely worth it.“
Which three words would you use to describe the bootcamp?
“Inspiring, worthwhile and — yes, it was also fun!”

Markus, what motivated you to take part in the Brand Implementation AI Leadership Bootcamp?
“For one thing, it was curiosity — the topic of branding is huge and exciting. I wanted to pick up impulses, find out what’s behind it all, and discover which approaches I can put into practice.”
How would you describe the atmosphere and the exchange with the other participants?
“The atmosphere is fantastic! We’re a colorful mix from different industries. This open and direct exchange is what makes the bootcamp so valuable.”
Was there a moment or insight that particularly inspired you?
“There were many wow moments! But the most important insight for me — and for our company — was that we’re already pursuing many good approaches. Now it’s about bringing these threads together deliberately and turning them into a clear roadmap. Just do it!“
Would you recommend the bootcamp? Why?
“Absolutely! In a very short time, you get an enormous amount of valuable input on a wide range of topics. I can truly recommend it to anyone who deals with branding and everything that comes with it.”
How would you describe the bootcamp in three words?
In three words: It was great!
Which learnings would you implement right away tomorrow?
“My most important takeaway: do your homework! In concrete terms, that means systematically mapping our touchpoints. I’ll start an Excel list tomorrow to develop it in a structured way.”
