Brandification x NUEDigital Festival '22
On 07.07.2022, we were finally back at the Nuremberg Digital Festival with a live event 💛. Our live event “How digital brand management transforms employees into brand fans” aroused the interest of many spectators and clearly shows the great relevance of our topic.
In the Josephs Innovation Lab, we were able to enter into dialogue with enthusiastic visitors from the marketing and HR sectors on the topic of brand implementation and also spoke about how to turn employees into brand fans.

At the beginning of the live event, Christoph Hack, founder and CEO of Brandification, presented key changes in the professional world and their significance for the topic of brand.
Not only has employee identification increasingly declined over the last 24 months, but also the reduced attention of everyone, poses major challenges to brand enablement.
His informative presentation included how Brandification, a digital tool for brand implementation, can support the onboarding of new employees in a sustainable, playful and yet simple way through its gamified approach.
In addition to the use case for brand onboarding and training, which was presented first, the focus was on three other modules that demonstrate various facets of successful brand management. In the area of brand analysis, the brand analysis was explained in more detail by a practical case of the company ABF from Fürth.
The practical case of ABF, which was first briefly outlined, was underpinned by a video message from Klaus Maurer, Head of Marketing at ABF, with vivid examples. In an entertaining video interview, he answered key questions about his experiences in using brandification in the 90-day brand analysis. He also described the key insights gained through the digital tool with regard to the internal perception of the brand.
A short break was followed by the presentation of Jasmin Rubner, founder of Brandlovestory - The Brand Culture Company. She held an exciting keynote on the topic of "Brand Culture - the formula for success in brand management in the 21st century". She provided interesting insights into the brand from the perspective of a brand specialist and answered the question of why corporate culture plays a key role in brand implementation. With her exciting and motivating lecture, she shed light on the topic of brands from an additional perspective.
After a short Q&A round with Jasmin Rubner and Christoph Hack, the participants had a live experience with the Brandification Tool. Everyone had the opportunity to try out Brandification for themselves and become familiar with the tool. In a workspace prepared especially for them, each participant had individual access and thus the opportunity to put the tool to the test. Accompanied by a short live demo, the participants gained insights into the structure of the brand touchpoints and the touchpoint surveys. In a short brand quiz, they were then able to demonstrate their knowledge of the brands around the Nuremberg region. For this purpose, a draw took place in which the three best and most active users of the Nuremberg Digital Brand Community were chosen and surprised with a small prize.
The event was rounded off by a small, concluding discussion round and a joint exchange over coffee and light refreshments.
