Which challenge in your brand implementation did you specifically want to solve with Brandification?
Mike: We are now a very decentralized company. This brings many advantages for the business, but it also has disadvantages for brand management. I wanted to move away from this pure “policing mode,” from constantly following up and ultimately being the “bad guy.” Instead, I wanted to use a tool that helps me shift people more into enabling and empowering them.
What distinguishes Brandification for you from your previous way of working or other tools?
Mike: Like many in brand management, we have so far worked a lot with Excel, emails, and constant back-and-forth exchanges, including weighing and reviewing. Exactly this part has already improved. […] We will further increase usage and I will also specifically ask colleagues to upload more touchpoints, ideally those that have already gone through the Quick Check. My assessment is that the quality of our touchpoints, which is usually already at 60 to 70 percent, will continue to improve in the medium to long term.
What is your personal favorite feature or your biggest added value with Brandification?
Mike: My favorite feature is clearly the Quick Check – also in everyday work, because it is simply fast. Especially when colleagues send me something and say: “I have an idea for a touchpoint” or “I created something,” for example in Photoshop or with AI, it helps enormously. Even if colleagues do not have their own access, I take a screenshot, upload it, and can then say: “Look, this is a neutral analysis – maybe consider refining this part a bit.” That is a completely different vehicle than if it only sounds like my personal taste.
